Turn your Instagram audience into an app they pay for every month
You already did the hard part. We turn what your community keeps asking for into a real app with your name on it, ship it to the App Store and Google Play, and stay on to help you turn followers into subscribers.
A custom app, not a white-label template
There is no product to pick from. You describe what your people want and we scope it.
Start from a blank slate
There is no template to fit into. Tell us what your community keeps asking for: programs, streaks, video check-ins, a paywalled feed, live sessions, a leaderboard, something nobody has built yet. Then we scope it properly before anyone writes code.
Shipped under your name
Your icon on their home screen, your name on the store listing, your colours and voice throughout. We are not a badge in your settings screen. Nobody needs to know we exist.
Built for month six
Anyone can get installs in launch week. Onboarding, reminders, progress they can see, and reasons to come back are where the subscription revenue actually comes from, so that is what we design around.
We stay on after launch
Store listing and ASO, promotion ideas that suit how you already post, the email and SMS to your list, monthly numbers you can read, and a steady cadence of updates. Launch day is the middle of the job.
We don't hand it over and disappear
Shipping the app is the middle of the job. Getting people to install it and stay is the rest of it, and that part is ours too.
Store listing & ASO
Screenshots, copy, keywords, review process. We run it and keep tuning it.
Promotion ideas
Content angles that fit how you already post, not a campaign brief you have to reverse-engineer.
Email & SMS
Sequences to the list you already own, written and scheduled for launch and after.
Analytics & retention
One monthly read on installs, subscribers, and where people drop off. In plain language.
Ongoing updates
A regular release cadence so the app keeps moving, driven by what your users ask for.
Two ways to pay for it: revenue share, or a one-time build fee
Pick the one that matches how you want to run it.
Revenue share
No build fee. We build, launch, and promote it, and take a share of subscription revenue for an agreed term. If the app makes nothing, neither do we.
No fee up frontBuy the foundation
A built-out app you own outright for a one-time fee. Source, accounts, and store listings transfer to you. Keep us on for support or take it in-house.
Own it completelyFitness apps are where we're deepest
Training apps that people still open in month six
Programs, logged sets, video form checks, streaks, a paywalled feed, live sessions. We have built these parts before and we know which ones keep people.
Fitness buildsSame approach, different subject. If your audience shows up for you daily, there is an app in it.
Questions we get on the first call
How big does my audience need to be?
Most of the people we work with are between 50k and a few million. Below that, engagement matters more than follower count. A small audience that shows up daily is a better app business than a large one that scrolls past.
Do I own the app?
Yes, in both structures. On revenue share we hold a commercial interest for the agreed term, not ownership of the product. Store accounts are in your name from day one.
What if I do not know what the app should be?
That is the normal starting point, and it is most of what the first call is for. You know what your community asks you for constantly. We turn that into a scope.
Can my management or agency handle this?
Often they do. We work with creator management directly and will run scoping and reporting through whoever you want us to.
Is it only fitness?
Fitness is where we are deepest and it is the clearest example of the model. The approach works anywhere a daily habit and a paying audience overlap.
Is this better than Instagram Subscriptions or Patreon?
Different job. Subscriptions and Patreon sell access to more of your posts, inside someone else's app, on their terms and with their cut. An app of your own sells a product: a program, a plan, a habit your people come back to daily. Plenty of creators run both. The app is the one that survives an algorithm change.
How much does it cost to build an app for my audience?
On revenue share, nothing up front. We carry the build and take an agreed share of subscription revenue for a fixed term. If you would rather own it outright, we quote a fixed fee after the scoping week. Both structures are on the pricing page, and we are direct about the numbers on the first call.
How is this different from Trainerize or a white-label app?
White-label platforms put your logo on their app. Every coach on them gets the same screens, the same features, and pays the platform every month. We build an app only you have, around what your community actually asked for, with the source code and the store accounts in your name.
